The premiere of Wielopole, Wielopole in Florence (June 23). Tours with his new performance to Edinburgh (Theatre Moray House), London (Riverside Studios), Paris (Théâtre Bouffe du Nord), Cracow (Sala Sokoła), Warsaw (Stodoła Club), Gdańsk (Auditorium Hall of the Gdańsk Shipyard).
Presentations of The Dead Class in Prato near Florence at Al Fabbricone.
The Cricoteka, the archives of the Cricot 2 Theatre, founded in Florence (brief activity) and Cracow.
 
1981
Wielopole, Wielopole shown by the Cricot 2 Theatre at Centro di Ricerca per il Teatro in Milan, at Teatro Limonaia in Rome, at Santa Maria in Florence, at Teatro de la Ville in Genova, at Teatro Regio in Parma, at Théâtre Plainpalais in Geneva, at Theater 11 in Zurich, at Sala José Félix Ribas in Caracas, at Schauspielhaus in Nuremberg, at Teatro Maria Guerrero in Madrid, and at Teatro Gueridi in Vitoria. The Dead Class shown in Cracow at Sala Sokoła.
Italian publishing house Ubulibri releases the script and T. Kantor’s theoretical commentaries on Wielopole, Wielopole .
 
1982
Presentations of Wielopole, Wielopole performance at the Festival Internacional Cervantiono in Guanajuato, at Teatro Juan Ruiz Alarcón in Mexico City, at La Mama ETC in New York City, at Théâtre National Populaire in Lyon – Villeurbanne, of The Dead Class at the Toga Festival 82 in Toga – Mura, at Parco Space Part 3 in Tokyo, at the Riverside Studios in London. Cricotage Where Are Last Year’s Snows shown at the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris, and at the Riverside Studios in London. Kantor’s great individual exhibition held at the Galerie de France in Paris. 
Edition Chene/Hachette and Galerie de France release the tome Métamorphoses containing a collection of T. Kantor’s papers and essays. The long awaited book by Wiesław Borowski Tadeusz Kantor is published in Poland, it encompasses an extensive interview conducted with the artist in 1973 and 1974.  
 
1983
The Dead Class shown at Teatro Poliorama in Barcelona, at Teatro Pierluigi da Palestrina in Cagliari, at Teatro M. Guerriero in Madrid, at the Stodoła Club in Warsaw, at Sala Sokoła in the Cracow, at the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris, and at Théâtre Plain Palais in Geneva. Wielopole, Wielopole presented at Sala Magna del Auditorio in Palma de Mallorca, at the Stodoła Club in Warsaw, at the Sokół Club in Cracow, at a local parish church in Wielopole Skrzyńskie, and at The Concert Hall in Rzeszów. Where Are Last Year’s Snows (Cricotage) shown at Théâtre Plainpalais in Geneva. 
Participates in the exhibition “Présences Polonaises” at the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris, where the exhibition “Le Théâtre Cricot 2 et son avant – garde” also takes place.
Eleventh volume of the series Les voies de la creation théâtrale edited by Denis Bablet and entirely dedicated to T. Kantor’s Theatre of Death is published by the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique.
 
1984
Presentations of The Dead Class at Teatro Romea in Murcia, at Teatro Pérez Galdós in Las Palmas, at Sala Municipal San Hermenegildo in Seville, at the Olympic Arts Festival in Los Angeles. Wielopole, Wielopole shown at Kulturhuset in Stockholm, at the University in Iyväskylä, at the University in Helsinki, at Théâtre de Paris in Paris, at the Olympic Arts Festival in Los Angeles, at Teatro Municipal General San Martin in Buenos Aires, at Maison de la Culture in Grenoble, at Théâtre Jean Vilar in Louvian-la-Neuve, at Teatro Duse in Bologna. Where Are Last Year’s Snows (Cricotage) presented at the Stodoła Club in Warsaw.
Rehearsals for the latest performance Let the Artists Die take place on and off throughout the whole year. T. Kantor’s individual exhibition is held at Maison de la Culture in Grenoble.
