Discover the artistic corners of Cracow while following the footsteps of one of the most important Polish avant-garde artists of the 20th century!

Tadeusz Kantor came to Cracow to study at the painting department of the Academy of Fine Arts. Here he presented his first theatrical performances and organised some of the most important exhibitions of modern art in Poland. In Cracow Kantor established the world-famous Cricot 2 Theatre. Afterwards, he created the Cricoteka, functioning as the ‘live archive’ of the said theatre. Despite his many journeys, the artist always returned to Cracow. Here he lived and worked.
